Precision Foundation Specialists has spent more than four decades stabilizing homes across Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and Bella Vista. Expansive clay, karst limestone, roughly 48 inches of annual rain and hillside lots that were graded before anyone thought hard about drainage — those conditions move houses here, and we have built the entire practice around understanding exactly how.
That length of history has one practical benefit that matters more than any certificate on the wall: we have been back. We have re-inspected homes we underpinned in the 1990s and seen what held and what did not. Very few contractors in this region can say that, and it is why our recommendations tend to be more conservative than the industry average.

Diagnose before we repair
Laser elevation surveys and moisture readings come first, every time. We have never quoted a pier count off a photograph and we are not going to start.
Fixed pricing, in writing
The number on your proposal is the number on your invoice. No change orders discovered halfway through, no upsells once the excavator is already in the yard.
In-house crews only
The team that inspects your home is the team that does the work. Nothing is subcontracted, which is the only way the person who made the diagnosis is accountable for the outcome.
Warranties you can hand to a buyer
Structural underpinning carries a transferable warranty. That protects your resale value, and it is one of the first things a smart buyer's agent asks about.
We will tell you when it is nothing
A real share of the houses we inspect do not need structural work. Saying so costs us a sale and buys us the referral. That trade has worked for forty-five years.
Water first, structure second
Almost every foundation problem here starts as a drainage problem. We fix the cause, not just the symptom, or the same crack comes back in five years.

Free On-Site Inspection
A specialist shoots laser elevations across the floor plate, takes moisture readings, photographs the crack patterns and walks the exterior grade, gutters and downspouts.

Written Diagnosis & Fixed Price
You receive a drawing of where the structure has moved, an explanation of the cause, and an itemized fixed-price scope separating structural work from cosmetic.

Engineered Repair
Our own crews — never subcontracted labor — install the piers, drainage or slab lift, protecting landscaping and finishes and keeping the work zone contained.
- 04
Warranty & Follow-Up
Structural underpinning carries a transferable warranty. We re-check elevations after the first full wet season so you know the correction held.
