Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE)
A certified WBE, which qualifies PFS for prime and subcontract opportunities on public and institutional projects carrying diversity participation requirements.
Four and a half decades in the same region, on the same soil, with the same family running the company. That is not a marketing line — it is the reason we can tell you what a house in Har-Ber Meadows will do in year four, and what a bungalow off Dickson Street has already done.

Precision Foundation Specialists has spent more than four decades stabilizing homes across Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and Bella Vista. Expansive clay, karst limestone, roughly 48 inches of annual rain and hillside lots that were graded before anyone thought hard about drainage — those conditions move houses here, and we have built the entire practice around understanding exactly how.
That length of history has one practical benefit that matters more than any certificate on the wall: we have been back. We have re-inspected homes we underpinned in the 1990s and seen what held and what did not. Very few contractors in this region can say that, and it is why our recommendations tend to be more conservative than the industry average.
We are licensed, insured, BBB A+ accredited and family run. Homeowners call us because they want a straight answer about what their house actually needs — and a price that does not move after the work starts.
Request Your Free Inspection
Most foundation companies will not tell you who evaluates your house. Ours are named, credentialed and reachable: a Ph.D. geotechnical engineer, a West Point civil engineer, a mechanical engineer running safety and quality, a master technician with forty-two years on heavy equipment, and a chief executive who is also the registered nurse on every jobsite.

Chief Executive Officer & President
Leads PFS as CEO while serving as the company's full-time staff nurse and medical officer. Geotechnical and civil consulting background, and the holder of the WBE and DBE designations that open municipal and commercial contracting to the firm.

Shop Foreman & Master Equipment Technician
Forty-two years keeping heavy equipment running, plus twenty years as a firefighter, EMT and law enforcement officer. The reason our rigs arrive on the scheduled day instead of sitting broken in the yard.

Meet the TeamFor a homeowner these say something about how the company is run. For a general contractor or a municipality, several of them are a hard requirement on the bid documents.
A certified WBE, which qualifies PFS for prime and subcontract opportunities on public and institutional projects carrying diversity participation requirements.
Active DBE designation, opening federally assisted and municipal infrastructure contracts across Arkansas and the surrounding region.
Led by a Native American chief executive, with the ownership designations to match on public and private bid documents.
Our COO, Director of Inspection and Director of Safety are West Point, 75th Ranger Regiment and 16-year Army veterans respectively — roughly 43 combined years of military service.
Forensic inspections and remediation designs are directed by a Ph.D. civil engineer specializing in rock mechanics and deep foundation systems.
A full-time RN serves as the company's medical officer, managing occupational health and emergency response across every active site and the shop.
Laser elevation surveys and moisture readings come first, every time. We have never quoted a pier count off a photograph and we are not going to start.
The number on your proposal is the number on your invoice. No change orders discovered halfway through, no upsells once the excavator is already in the yard.
The team that inspects your home is the team that does the work. Nothing is subcontracted, which is the only way the person who made the diagnosis is accountable for the outcome.
Structural underpinning carries a transferable warranty. That protects your resale value, and it is one of the first things a smart buyer's agent asks about.
A real share of the houses we inspect do not need structural work. Saying so costs us a sale and buys us the referral. That trade has worked for forty-five years.
Almost every foundation problem here starts as a drainage problem. We fix the cause, not just the symptom, or the same crack comes back in five years.

Four steps, no surprises. You know the cause, the scope and the price before anyone touches your house.
A specialist shoots laser elevations across the floor plate, takes moisture readings, photographs the crack patterns and walks the exterior grade, gutters and downspouts.
You receive a drawing of where the structure has moved, an explanation of the cause, and an itemized fixed-price scope separating structural work from cosmetic.
Our own crews — never subcontracted labor — install the piers, drainage or slab lift, protecting landscaping and finishes and keeping the work zone contained.
Structural underpinning carries a transferable warranty. We re-check elevations after the first full wet season so you know the correction held.
